Linda Bidmead, Aaron House Care Manager

Linda has worked for Aaron House Care Ltd since 2010 and has over 30 years' experience working in services for individuals with Learning Disabilities.  Linda started on an NVQ back-to-work scheme after bringing up her family, and gradually worked her way up to begin her first Manager's role in 1999 as a Day Services Manager.  Linda then went on to manage two houses for 10 people.  In 2008 Linda became the Assistant Service Manager for a Residential Home for 32 service users.

Linda has achieved Levels 2 & 3 NVQ qualifications in Health and Social Care and Level 4 in Leadership and Management, City and Guilds Certificate in Learning Support, D32/33 NVQ Assessor and BTEC Advanced Certificate in Positive Behavioural Support.

Linda is committed to improving the quality of service to ensure that residents live happy and fulfilled lives,  promoting residents' rights, individuality and independence at every opportunity.
